It has been awhile since my last What I Ate Wednesday post, so I thought that should change! With the new year upon us, a lot of people are looking to improve their eating and exercise habits. I am looking forward to some clean eating too, because I definitely enjoyed some holiday treats. This day of eating is from this past Saturday.
Vanilla greek yogurt with sliced banana and chia seed (pre workout)
2 eggs (post workout)
Roasted Vegetable Salad from CPK (half size plus shrimp)
Semi-sweet truffle from the Chocolate Factory
Snack attack apple
Leftover pizza with a small spinach salad
Two sweet kisses
It was a chocolate and salad kind of day! Both of my favorite things.
