Why I started a healthy living blog
1. I love all things healthy living. I thrive on exercising and moving my body. I enjoy all types of exercise, but especially running(!), yoga, weight lifting, and zumba. My husband can attest to the fact that I get a little cranky when I’m not moving enough. I enjoy the way it makes me feel to stay really active. 2. I am at a point in my life that I want to document and to have a way of looking back on these years. I have been married now for a year and I can’t believe it has gone so fast. I want to remember and reflect on my everyday experiences.
3. I need a new hobby! My hubby Kevin is in the army national guard, and he just left for signal training in Georgia. He will be gone for 5 months and I will miss him a bunch.
